In December 2020, OneFootball acquired digital media company Dugout to create the world's largest owned and operated football media business. The acquisition saw some of the world’s biggest clubs - Arsenal, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Juventus, Liverpool, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Olympique de Marseille - become OneFootball shareholders. In March 2021, they were joined by three additional shareholders: the German FA, Borussia Dortmund and Tottenham Hotspur.
