User Acquisition Manager

Join us and help us acquire high-quality app users through all channels, including paid performance-based channels. As User Acquisition Manager you will work closely in cross-functional projects to find new and cost-effective ways to attract and retain users while optimizing existing channels continuously. 

Your role   

  • Responsible for all paid acquisition activities on Facebook and Instagram to drive buyers to Onefootball’s pay per view offer
  • Define and execute Onefootball’s Remarketing strategy to drive interest to the pay per view offer
  • Responsible for the app presence on Play Store and App Store
  • In collaboration with our Data Analysts, you will be developing data sets to identify campaign optimization opportunities and make recommendations on testing
  • Optimize targeting, creatives, marketing messages, marketing spend, bids and budget allocation
  • Analyze and report ROAS performance on a regular basis

Your profile 

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with the focus on mobile marketing
  • Experienced using various app networks, including Remarketing Providers, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other networks
  • You are a detail-oriented self-starter, with a strong understanding of mobile customer lifecycle management and strong work ethics
  • You have the ability to operate with autonomy and find innovative solutions to problems
  • The skills to structure strategy, create, optimize and analyze campaigns independently
  • Willingness to collaborate with Product & Engineering to define the User Acquisition roadmap
  •  You are a critical thinker that enjoys making data-supported recommendations
